She draws upon her huge history of training and experience in many areas, including: improvisation, clowning, fooling, dance, physical theatre, voice work, creative writing, dramaturgy, dramatherapy, mindfulness, playwork, group process and nonviolent communication to deliver bespoke, bountiful group experiences. Upcoming Workshops and Events
Monday 18th September 2023
Hello dear friends!
Three and a half months ago, I emerged from a year of living and working at a meditation retreat centre. After a month of deep reflection and contemplation in the sweltering heat of my dad and stepmum’s attic in eastern France, I found clarity about what I want to offer this autumn...
I have spent the subsequent months travelling about, visiting friends and family, training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Fooling (with master fool Franki Anderson). I have been gradually refining my vision and slowly working out how I can offer my services in a more sustainable way, and here it is!
Introducing 'Creative Clarity'
From October 2023, I will be holding space for people to inquire deeply and creatively into whatever’s hot for them, in group workshops and one-to-ones.
Creative Clarity is a dynamic, flexible, responsive form of inquiry, which aims to help you get in touch with your own inner guide and find your own answers for life’s big conundrums.
Creative Clarity draws on my background and training in Dramatherapy, fooling, embodiment, play, dance / movement inquiry, meditation, reflective writing / artwork, structured dialogue, Creative Arts Supervision and IFS.
One to ones
From early October until mid December, I will be offering three different types of online one to ones:
★ Creative Clarity - for individuals seeking personal insight through therapeutic and creative exploration
★ Supervision - for therapists, facilitators, teachers and group leaders wanting to explore and improve their practice
★ Creative Consultancy - for individuals wanting to explore their creative practice.
For more info about online one-to-ones go here.

Group Workshops
Creative Clarity is a new 2-day group workshop which aims to help you to access the wisdom contained within your body, emotions and thoughts. To tap into this inner wisdom, you'll be invited to step into a series of flexible, creative containers, to help you discover what's true for you.
I am piloting a new way of working with groups, where I will collaborate with local hosts. These hosts will get a group of friends, colleagues or peers together and hire a space in their local area and then I'll come and facilitate a Creative Clarity Workshop.
The aim is to embed creative reflective practices into communities. People who have attended this workshop can go on to use the Creative Clarity tools to support each other to thrive.
If you're interested in hosting a Creative Clarity workshop for autumn / winter 2023, see the call out for workshop hosts here.

“The only trouble with doing a workshop with Holly Stoppit is that all other workshops then pale in comparison.”
