I have been creating bespoke workshops for theatre companies, circuses, health care organisations, businesses, community groups, creative collectives and individual artists for more than two decades.

Balm and Tonic commissioned me to run a series of three weekend Fooling workshops this year, focussed on exploring peer facilitation and ensemble support, ending with a public performance.
NHS Arts Therapists, Sheffield
Sarah Burns and I were invited to run a day exploring creative and embodied approaches to IFS for the creative arts therapy team.
DRAMATHERAPY SOUTHWEST CONFERENCE, EXETER
Exploring Internal and External Systems, a workshop using meditation, embodiment, play, artwork and discussion to explore how our internal and external systems interrelate.
BRITISH ASSOCIATION OF DRAMATHERPAY CONFERENCE, ONLINE
Exploring internal conflict through creative and embodied approaches to Internal Family Systems. This workshop drew on my research, offering practical and playful investigations of internal conflict.
Wise Women, Cardiff
I was commissioned by lead artist, Dominique Fester to offer a week-long Fooling workshop for a group of women therapists, artists & archaeologists, as part of their Wise Women project, funded by Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru / Arts Council Wales.
Ravensburger Clown School, Germany
I had a delightful week, sharing my Clown-o-Therapy toolkit in a 6-day workshop for a gorgeous group of German and Dutch clowns as part of the Ravensburger Clownschule Summer Academy.

Playing With The Unknown, a workshop for clowns, bringing together clowning and IFS to find out what stops you staying in the unknown.
Tori Lyons, Newport
A 1-day group workshop exploring trauma-informed interactive clowning as part of Tori’s R&D of her autobiographical solo show, My Normal F**king Sex Life.
