Lessons From Lockdown, A Creative Reflection Day
So much has happened over the last six months. We’ve been plunged into a period of total disruption; some of us have grieved, some of us have celebrated and all of us have had to adapt. As we glide headlong in the “new normal”, perhaps now would be a good time to pause and reflect on what you’ve been experiencing?
Holly Stoppit invites you to a day of creative reflection, where you will be led through a process of meditation, movement, brainstorming and discussion to help you explore what you've learned through lockdown. Throughout the day you will be guided towards your own inner wisdom, and be helped to find clarity with how to move forwards creatively, professionally or personally.
"Space to explore, to reflect on past work and to learn from the experiences challenges and positives. A space to remind myself that I am a creative and I can keep being creative even in an Apocalypse." Previous participant from a Creative Dreaming Day
