One-to-one Services

I don't know why my face is so wide in this picture. It's not this wide in real life.

Explore yourself, your work, your creativity, or your path in these one-to-one creative therapy, supervision and Creative Consultancy sessions, online, on Zoom.

I am delighted to be entering my third year of regularly offering these services to artists, creatives, performers, directors, group leaders, therapists and facilitators.

These sessions are booked on a term-by-term basis. Current clients get first dibs on the next term's slots.

There are a few slots available for September- December 2025. Please read all the information before getting in touch.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THESE ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS?

I’ll begin by listening with compassion, before offering invitations to help you drop into deep inquiry about yourself, your work, your creativity or your path. We may use techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), dramatherapy, embodiment, movement, small world (using objects to represent parts or people in your life) , guided meditation / focussing, reflective writing, artwork or just plain chatting! You are the captain of the ship and you can steer the sessions however you like.

I am guided by the ethics of my governing body, HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council) and BADth (The British Association of Dramatherapists) of which I am a member.

It's been such a joy and a privilege to accompany people into the far corners of their hearts, minds and souls in this work! As I move into my 3rd year of regularly offering these services, I am looking forward to discovering how my new Somatic IFS and IFS Level 2 (IFIO)* skills compliment my toolkit.

*IFS Level 2 (IFIO) is the IFS training I have just completed. IFIO stands for Intimacy From The Inside Out and is designed for couples therapy. I am interested in applying the IFIO theory in my group work, but also intrigued to find out how this particular relational model will impact my one-to-one work...

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR?

These one-to-one sessions are for anyone aged 18+

I'm particularly interested in working with artists, creatives, performers, clowns, fools, directors, group leaders, therapists and facilitators. If you are none of these, but you are drawn to working with me then do still get in touch.

You don't have to have worked with me previously (although previous clients do get first dibs on each new season of sessions).

You need access to good internet and a private space.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CREATIVE CLARITY, SUPERVISION AND CREATIVE CONSULTANCY?

CREATIVE CLARITY

Creative Clarity is a dynamic, flexible, responsive form of therapy, which uses creative approaches and IFS to help you get in touch with you inner guide and find answers for life’s big conundrums. More about Creative Clarity here.

SUPERVISION

One-to-one reflective sessions for therapists, facilitators, directors, teachers or anyone else who holds space for groups of adults. Using creative approaches to focus on your practice, unpicking what's been happening in the room, building on your strengths as a leader and cultivating more safety and play for your participants. More about Supervision here.

CREATIVE CONSULTANCY

For individuals wanting to explore their creative practice, from exploring the early stages of a creative idea, to working through a creative block, to evaluating creative projects, to drawing back and getting some perspective on your creative path. More about Creative Consultancy here.

HOW IT WORKS

“What I love about working with Holly is the breadth of possibility and flexibility. As a performer/theatre maker, facilitator and therapist, finding someone who can meet me in all those areas and offer curiosity and compassionate provocation is rare and valuable. Our sessions together have ranged from supervision to practical planning to deep personal process - it feels boundaried yet border-less and everything is welcome. Thank you Holly!”
